Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about the app.
What BusyBodies is building, how access works, and where to ask a question.
App access
What to know right now.
Is the BusyBodies app available to the public?
No. The app is in limited development and testing. You can join the email waitlist for updates and a possible future beta invitation. We have not announced a public launch date or App Store download.
What is the app designed to help me do?
Start with Today, see useful training and health priorities, keep personal workouts organized, and review an honest record of nutrition, habits, and progress. The broader goal is to make the next realistic decision easier when life changes.
Does the app automatically rewrite my plan?
No. The app is being designed so that when the day changes, you choose a version for that day (Plan A, Plan B or Minimum Day), and nothing changes until you confirm it. This feature is still in development.
Does the app connect to wearables or health apps?
Not yet. Connections with health or wearable providers are being explored, but none is available today and no specific provider is promised.
Can I use the app if I already have access?
Existing users can open the app sign-in page. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account or guarantee immediate access.
What is BusyBodies Trainer?
Trainer is the planned coach workspace within the BusyBodies ecosystem. It is being shaped around client organization, programming, progress, and decision support. Learn more on the Trainer page.
How is my waitlist email used?
The waitlist form asks for explicit consent to receive app access, development, and launch emails. You can unsubscribe. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How can I ask a question?
Use the contact page or email hello@busybodiesmethod.com. Do not include sensitive health information in an ordinary email.
